Shareholders
Our stable shareholder structure forms a basis for long-term, continuous growth of Aragon and its subsidiaries.
At the end of June 2009, 1,033,316 shares were very successfully placed as part of a capital increase in which the largest individual shareholders made use of their subscription rights.
The largest shareholder continues to be the Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Group (ABL ). This group in turn is wholly owned by five private partners: Christian Angermayer, Peter Brumm, Andreas Lange, Ralph Konrad and Dr. Sebastian Grabmaier – the latter two are also members of the Management Board of Aragon AG. Mr. Christian Angermayer and Mr. Peter Brumm are members in the supervisory board.

With about 27 % interest, AXA, one of the leading insurance groups worldwide, is a strategic shareholder of Aragon AG . There is an extensive cooperation agreement with AXA.
In August 2010 Aragon entered into a strategic partnership with Citigroup Financial Products Inc. – one of the world’s leading financial service providers with more than 200 millions customers in 140 countries. Citi currently holds 10.1 percent in shares of Aragon AG.
Credit Suisse continues to hold aboot 8 % of the share capital of Aragon AG.
The current free float is approximately 17 %.
Overall, Aragon AG has subscribed capital represented by 7,233,316 shares with a market capitalisation on August 23th, 2010 of EUR 113,563 million.
